Using Macless
You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, Apple program rules, and third-party rights. You are responsible for the projects, credentials, and content you upload.
Apple accounts and apps
Macless is an independent build service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. You need your own eligible Apple Developer account. You are responsible for your apps, certificates, provisioning, entitlements, App Store submissions, and compliance with Apple agreements.
Acceptable use
You may not use Macless to:
- Build or distribute malware or unlawful content.
- Access systems or data without authorization.
- Interfere with the service or bypass usage limits.
- Upload content that violates intellectual property rights.
- Share credentials you are not authorized to use.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Prices and included usage are shown before purchase. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the Stripe billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Service changes and availability
Build tools, Apple services, and third-party infrastructure can change or become unavailable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every project will compile or pass Apple review.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your projects and apps. You grant Macless a limited permission to process uploaded content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Macless is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
