Cancel anytime
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time through Manage billing in Settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. If you believe you were charged in error or the service was materially unavailable, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will review the request and may issue a full or partial refund where appropriate or required by law.
How to contact us
Include the email address on your Macless account and the charge date in a message to support@macless.app. Do not send card numbers or card security codes.
