Information we collect
We collect the account information you provide, such as your email address, along with service data needed to run builds. Service data can include project archives, build logs, signed app artifacts, device identifiers, and App Store Connect credentials that you choose to provide.
Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. Macless does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate your account, run and troubleshoot builds, sign and deliver apps, measure plan usage, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve the service.
Service providers
We use infrastructure and service providers to operate Macless, including hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, and payment providers. Current core providers include Vercel, Railway, Neon, Cloudflare, Resend, and Stripe. They process information only for the services they provide to us and under their own applicable terms.
Source code and credentials
Project archives are transferred over encrypted connections. App Store Connect credentials are encrypted at rest and are not returned through the API after they are saved. Build workspaces are isolated and deleted after each build. You can remove saved credentials from Settings.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and billing records while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and accounting purposes. Build artifacts are retained according to your plan. You can delete projects, credentials, and other supported data in the product or request account deletion by contacting us.
Your choices
You can access and update account information in the product. You may also request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal requirements.
